I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I’m back in Florence.

The overall of the property was amazing, but nothing can compare to the staff. They were very attentive to every detail. They were very welcome and very hospitable. Always greeted you with a very contagious smile when leaving and coming back. They were always very ready to help with any needs or request we wanted.

The rooms are a lot smaller than the pictures make them look but still worth the stay.

Very nice hotel, with great location, service and breakfast.

We thought the breakfast was really good. It was small and yet it had everything you'd hope a buffet breakfast would have. The staff working during the breakfast was also very good and would remove empty plates, replace cutlery, etc. in a proactive way. We also found the location was great for what we like. Close to the city centre but not right in the middle.

Perfect location with comfort

Lovely hotel in an absolutely amazing location. We chose this hotel because it was close to the key attractions and had car parking and it didn’t disappoint. For example it took about 10 minutes to walk to the Duomo. We loved that we were able to have room service as well one night when we got back late and didn’t have the energy to go out to dinner. If you are wanting to dine in the hotel restaurant I would suggest booking as it was fully booked one night when we tried to eat there. The beds were super comfy, the shower hot, and room was super clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Only consideration if you’re a light sleeper, ask for a room not facing the street as the trams can be quite noisy as they run by the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again if in Florence.

Lovely hotel

Family of 4 traveling with 2 kids ages 7 and 11. We stayed in a quadruple room. We liked that each kid had a bed. The hotel looks new. We had access to a washer and dryer. We also reserved the spa one day and it was included with the hotel fee. Great location everything is within walking distance but in a quiet area away form the touristy traffic.

Traveling with kids sometimes is convenient to grab something quick to eat at the hotel in the mornings. Kids don't eat much for us paying the 20 euros for breakfast for each kid was a lot. We did not eat there.

Wonderful

Breakfast was delicious, rooms were spacious, bathrooms especially nice. Pool was warm and super fun for the kids. Only downside was the room was right next to the street and the train was very loud.

Lovely hotel

Hotel was in a great location. It was clean and modern. Room.was spacious. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. They have a plunge pool and a steam room with jacuzzi that is free to use. The rooms have tea coffee facilities and the fridge items are free and get replenished daily. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

The room and shower were very clean, even under the bed it was clean. Free mini bar was an excellent addition with water, sodas and snacks. The breakfast was excellent. The wide food selection was fantastic for the breakfast.

My stay was comfortable and enjoyable, but some aspects of the service were disappointing

The hotel staff provided exceptional care and attention, always ready to assist and offer all the necessary information. It was a delightful surprise to receive a voucher for a complimentary drink and a 10% discount at the hotel's restaurant— a lovely bonus to an already wonderful stay. The restaurant, where we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner, left a lasting impression. The ambiance, service, and, of course, the cuisine were impeccable, with every dish being absolutely exquisite. Cleanliness and comfort were top-notch. The modern interior, stylish design, and thoughtful details created a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. A significant advantage was the access to both the spa area and the hot pool, adding to the overall sense of indulgence. The spa was exceptionally clean and provided the perfect setting for unwinding. It’s an ideal place to relax and recharge, offering a truly rejuvenating experience.

Despite many pleasant moments, some aspects of the service left a disappointing impression. First, access to the spa was limited to just 45 minutes, which was extremely inconvenient. Instead of enjoying a truly relaxing experience, we had to constantly keep track of time, which completely undermined the purpose of unwinding. Second, the administrator's response to a request for room cleaning was far from welcoming. Rather than addressing the issue efficiently, there was a clear reluctance to assist, creating unnecessary discomfort. However, the most disappointing experience was the attitude at the reception on an important day—my birthday. Instead of a warm greeting, I was first confronted about the music (for which I immediately apologized), and only afterward, as an afterthought, they casually added, "By the way, happy birthday." This felt cold and impersonal, completely at odds with the level of service one would expect from a hotel.

Well situated hotel for the centre of Florence. Within easy stroll of the centre , Duomo and other historic sites, and the tram stop. It was perfect for me. I would stay again. Great helpful and friendly staff.

Location was amazing! Breakfast was great. Just to mention restaurant closed on Monday was a bit disappointing because we had to leave the next day

Recommended for long stay :)

We really liked this hotel. It was clean and our room had a big terrace. The breakfast was very very good with different options. The spa and pool was good. Also we enjoyed the conversation with very friendly staff. And we were happy and surprised to see they had a finnish bidet in addition to the common one. The food in restaurant was also recommended. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a bit difficulty with heating system. It became suddenly cold or over warm in night and it was a bit complicated for us to handle it with no guide.
